Return/Exchange Policy

Cash On Delivery Customers:

1. Customers can either Exchange an item for another that is equal or more in value (cost difference must be paid) or be fully refunded for an item (Refund does not include delivery fee) at the locations Heartland Plaza, Chase Village Flyover or Freeport Flyover. 

2. If you have received an item that has been damaged or an incorrect order you have within 24 HOURS after receiving your order to alert us. Please note that all items are checked and electronics are tested before delivery is made in order to avoid mishaps. 

TTPOST Customers Returns via Mail:

1. Customers can be fully refunded via Bank Transfer ONLY. There will be no exchanges for TTPOST Orders. 

2. If you have received an item that has been damaged, or you have received a wrong order you have within five (5) working days after the date your order was placed to alert us. Please note that all items are checked before delivering to avoid these mishaps.

3. If for any other reason you will like to return an item, you can do so by returning the item to the return address listed on your package at your expense ($30 TTPOST FEE).

Absolutely no returns will be made on swimwear or any type of under garments.
